who we are?

READ is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2009 with a mission to help those in need in Pakistan. With a focus on education, women's empowerment, skill development, emergency flood aid relief, and healthcare, READ has been able to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and communities throughout the country.

The mission of READ is to work for humanity in all scopes of lives to alleviate the suffering of those affected by catastrophic disasters and emergencies. We are committed to providing timely and effective aid to those in need, including food, shelter, medical assistance, and emotional support. We are committed to providing educational opportunities to those living in poverty.

In an effort to develop skills of young women, READ has been able to sponsor five sewing centers in Shikarpur District of Pakistan, in an effort to capitalize on our experience, we assisted individuals by buying them sewing machines, wheelchairs, and other equipment so they can stand on their on feet.
